A World Unknown
Once again...White Pocket amazes! As the sun when down and the stars began to shine I captured this image facing Southwest. The landscape here is so diverse with many colors, shapes, and patterns. Discovery has always been a motivator for me in my photography. As the stars began to glow at White Pocket the landscape transformed into another world. I thought I was on some movie set somewhere as the Sun's light faded from sight.
In this image, I wanted to show the first stars of the evening with the unusual landscape. The light from the Sun was all but gone and to the eye, it was dark but there was enough light to just make out the landscape. I used my headlamp and another light to focus stack the images.
