Over The Weep

This is Toroweap! Standing on the edge of a nearly 3K foot drop to the Colorado River is a bit unnerving. This ledge hangs over a sheer drop yet it is very safe as long as you don't get too close to the edge or get disoriented and lose your balance. Danger level...a 7 out of 10 but so worth the effort and concentration. I shot the Milkyway from this same area and at night, it's a whole other set of scary!
